Goodman Tsuen Wan West (GTWW) is one of the largest data centre campuses in Hong Kong. The four-building, 1.6 million square foot development provides essential digital infrastructure, with 225MW of power capacity secured.
In Tsuen Wan West, within Hong Kong’s established industrial heartland, Goodman secured the site in 2014 – well ahead of surging demand – and delivered it in structured phases as the market called for capacity. Today, the data centre campus is fully leased and forms a significant part of the city’s digital infrastructure capacity.
- Campus-scale master planning
- Early power strategy and delivery certainty
- Industrial regeneration at scale
